Italian Army CH-47 crashes during training in Bosnia, killing four and injuring 11：The Italian Ministry of Defence said an Italian Army CH-47 assigned to the EUFOR Althea mission crashed near Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 29 October 2026. Four of the 15 people aboard were killed and 11 injured; none of the injured were in life-threatening condition. The cause remains undetermined, and the Italian Ministry of Defence and EUFOR are investigating separately. EUFOR reported no civilian casualties or property damage. Italian Army CH-47 crash
