Taiwan's Civil Aviation Administration announced on October 8 that domestic services from October 8 to 12 are expected to provide around 1,318 flights and 101,000 seats. Routes to Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu account for approximately 1,128 flights and 94,000 seats. Officials inspected holiday preparations at Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA).

Airlines have been asked to add flights or use larger aircraft where capacity allows, with maritime and defense support coordinated if needed. The planned totals do not guarantee operation when weather disrupts services. Passengers unable to use restricted tickets should cancel before departure and follow the original fare's refund rules. Officials also emphasized power-bank and lithium-battery carriage requirements.
