Buntar Aerospace said it raised $16 million in a new financing round, bringing its total capital raised to $30 million. The Kyiv-based Ukrainian defence-tech company develops unmanned ISR systems and defence autonomy technologies.
The company said the funding is earmarked to scale manufacturing, accelerate product development and expand into international markets. The plans include new defence and dual-use product lines beyond its core ISR business. Freedom Fund and an international private equity fund led the round; Gardar, Iron Wolf and Autonomy Capital also participated.
