It is one of ten former Spirit A321neos leased from AerCap, with deliveries expected between the fourth quarter of 2026 and first quarter of 2027. The report describes cabin changes from Spirit's 235-seat layout to Frontier's 240-seat configuration. The transfer remains a delivery preparation milestone, rather than evidence that this aircraft or all ten jets have already entered Frontier passenger service.
