Airbus reported consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, with revenues up 7% year on year to €50.6 billion and 547 commercial aircraft delivered, against 507 a year earlier. Deliveries comprised 68 A220s, 428 A320 Family aircraft, 13 A330s and 38 A350s. EBIT Adjusted totalled €4,495 million, against €4,146 million a year earlier, while net income rose to €3,587 million and reported earnings per share reached €4.54.
The third quarter was weaker: revenues fell 2% to €17,469 million and EBIT Adjusted fell 9% to €1,768 million, mainly reflecting the lower volume of commercial aircraft deliveries. Airbus chief executive Guillaume Faury said: “These nine-month results reflect the upward trajectory of our civil and military ramp-up, supported by strong demand for our products across the entire portfolio.”
Free cash flow before customer financing for the nine months was €-1,268 million, against €-914 million a year earlier, mainly driven by the change in working capital, notably inventory build-up linked to the back-end loaded delivery profile. Airbus left its 2026 guidance unchanged, targeting around 870 commercial aircraft deliveries, EBIT Adjusted of around €7.5 billion and free cash flow before customer financing of around €4.5 billion.
