American Airlines is reportedly blocking multiple Flagship Suites on its Airbus A321XLR aircraft following repeated seat control malfunctions. According to a report by Simple Flying, recurring control system glitches have left the premium lie-flat seats stuck in place, preventing passengers from adjusting their seating positions during flights.
As a result of these persistent control issues, several business class suites across the carrier's Airbus A321XLR fleet have been sidelined and temporarily removed from service. American Airlines has reportedly chosen to block these affected suites from customer use to prevent further operational disruptions while the underlying seat control failures are addressed.
