The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has classified 33 percent of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) responses to safety recommendations issued after the 2025 Washington DC (DCA) crash as unacceptable. The NTSB officially rejected one-third of the safety responses submitted by the aviation regulator regarding the recommendations.

The safety board's assessment indicates that key risk areas identified after the 2025 Washington DC crash remain unaddressed by the FAA's proposed actions.
