KLM Royal Dutch Airlines marked its 107th anniversary on October 7, 2026, by unveiling Delft Blue miniature house No. 107 in keeping with its annual tradition. This year's miniature is modeled on De Kleine Schorre winery in Dreischor, in the Dutch province of Zeeland, adding a long-standing supplier of onboard wines to the collection.

Founded on October 7, 1919, KLM is the world's oldest airline still operating under its original name. The Delft Blue house tradition began in 1952, when the miniatures were presented to First Class passengers. Initially filled with liqueur and later with Dutch genever, they are now given to Business Class passengers on intercontinental flights.

The tradition originated in restrictions on passenger gifts in the airline industry at the time. According to the World Airline Historical Society, KLM served alcohol in ceramic containers shaped like Dutch canal houses as a final onboard drink, allowing it to comply with those restrictions. Passengers could keep the houses after drinking the contents, and the bottles gradually became collectibles combining Dutch architectural character with aviation memorabilia.

Since its 75th anniversary in 1994, KLM has aligned the number of houses in the series with the airline's age and introduced a new miniature each October 7. De Kleine Schorre was established in 2001 and has supplied wine for KLM's intercontinental Business Class since 2006. House No. 107 is also the collection's third building from Zeeland.
