According to a report by Simple Flying, Delta Air Lines is planning to replace its aging fleet of 767-300ER aircraft with a more premium-heavy Airbus A330-900neo product. Instead of focusing on increasing the overall passenger seat count, the carrier is aiming to deliver a more premium travel experience.
The carrier's strategy includes deploying these configured Airbus A330-900neo aircraft to target its top transatlantic routes. Based on previous corporate fleet details, Delta's new Airbus A330-900neo cabin layout will feature a total of 56 Delta One suites to cater to high-end transatlantic demand.
