Boeing announced that the final three O3b mPOWER satellites, F11, F12 and F13, have joined 10 already in orbit following a successful launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, completing the 13-satellite O3b mPOWER constellation. The announcement was made on September 13, 2026.

The company said the milestone enables partner company SES to significantly expand high-speed connectivity, with active customers including cruise lines, government organizations, civil entities, mobile operators and commercial airlines.

Boeing stated that O3b mPOWER F11, F12 and F13 are forecast to enter service in mid-2027 after completing orbit raising and initialization activities. The constellation uses software-defined payload technology to dynamically route bandwidth and adjust capacity in real time.
