Taiwan MND detects 3 PLA aircraft sorties, 8 naval vessels and 4 official ships around Taiwan

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense has reported PLA activity in the sea and airspace around the Taiwan Strait for the period from 06:00 on October 26 to 06:00 on October 27. As of 06:00 on October 27, it detected 3 PLA aircraft sorties, all entering northern and southwestern airspace, along with 8 PLA naval vessels and 4 official ships continuing to operate around the Taiwan Strait.

The ministry said Taiwan's armed forces used mission aircraft, naval vessels and shore-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the activity. The notice was issued by the Political Warfare Bureau on October 27.
