SITA has agreed to acquire Flightscape, CAE's airline operations software business. The deal will expand SITA's role in aviation operations.
Flightscape's software helps airlines plan flights, manage crews, operate control centers, coordinate ground activities, and deliver in-flight services. SITA states over 90 airlines use it daily.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
