Life Flight Network confirmed an order for five H135 helicopters on 26 October during the Air Medical Transport Conference, building on a 2025 order for three H135s and bringing its total H135 commitments to eight.
Boston MedFlight announced on 27 October the purchase of three H145 helicopters, raising its cumulative H145 fleet to twelve aircraft to support critical‑care transport across New England.
Both the H135 and H145 feature Airbus Helionix avionics, a four‑axis autopilot, low acoustic footprint and advanced safety systems suited for demanding medical‑evacuation missions.
