ONEflight International, a Colorado-based private jet charter broker, has suspended flight services while it reviews its operations, with more than $150 million in prepaid customer funds potentially at risk, according to Private Jet Card Comparisons.
The company confirmed the suspension on September 16, 2026, and said in a website notice that the pause would last for the next 30 days or until further notice while it evaluates its business.
CEO Ferren Rajput told the publication that ONEflight does not hold customer funds in escrow. The broker sells jet cards and arranges charter flights through third-party operators, with customers depositing money for future travel.
The suspension follows earlier reports of payment difficulties, with some operators saying ONEflight had fallen behind on payments while others reported no problems. An internal email also acknowledged financial and operational issues, though details remain preliminary.
