Under the new option, passengers can choose to pay extra to gain added flexibility for their bookings. The feature is powered by an artificial intelligence (AI) system designed to support flexible cancellation options.
By utilizing this AI-powered system, the airline enables passengers who opt into the paid service to execute flight cancellations up to 24 hours prior to departure.
