UNI Air announced that starting November 1, 2026, it will implement an unaccompanied minor service fee scheme for domestic routes, charging NT$200 per passenger per flight segment. The service is mandatory for children aged 5 to under 12 traveling without an accompanying adult. Passengers aged 12 to under 18 may also apply for the service upon request.

The airline stated that applications and payments must be completed through its customer service center. The service covers check-in, security screening, boarding guidance, and arrival handover. Meanwhile, China Airlines and EVA Air both charge adult fares for unaccompanied minors, with China Airlines requiring applications at least 72 hours before departure and EVA Air requiring dedicated documentation.
