根據在東京證券交易所披露的SEC文件，這八架飛機價值6.42億美元（約1,050億日圓），文件載明「A SEC Filing , disclosed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, placed the price of the eight aircraft at $642 million (Y105 billion).」。
全日空控股表示，首批飛機預計在2028財年開始交付，追加的八架E190-E2則安排在2029至2032年間陸續到貨，原文稱「Deliveries of the first aircraft are expected to commence in the 2028 fiscal year, while the eight additional E190-E2s are scheduled to arrive from 2029 to 2032, according to ANA Holdings.」。
全日空控股社長兼執行長柴田浩二指出：「This additional E190-E2 order accelerates our efforts to build a sustainable regional aviation network in Japan… It also underscores our confidence in Embraer’s technology to reduce both environmental impact and operating costs.」，強調訂單將加速日本地區航空網絡建設並降低環境影響與營運成本。
巴西航空工業商用飛機部門社長兼執行長Arjan Meijer回應：「We are honored by ANA HD’s continued confidence in Embraer E2 small narrowbody aircraft and look forward to supporting the airline’s growth plans in Japan.」，表達對合作深化的榮譽與期待。
背景方面，全日空於2025年2月宣布首度引進E-Jet機隊，訂購20架E190-E2（含15架確定訂單與5架選擇權），選擇權仍保留；2026年7月29日董事會決議再購區域噴射機，隨後於9月完成本次八架確定訂單。
