Alaska Airlines will add ten new nonstop routes between November 2026 and June 2027, according to Cirium, an aviation analytics company. Two routes begin in November, linking Phoenix Sky Harbor and Boise with Santa Rosa's Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS); these daily regional flights will run until mid-April on Embraer E175 aircraft from Horizon Air and SkyWest Airlines. December adds two more links to Honolulu's Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), from Boise and Spokane, served by mainline Boeing 737 aircraft; the Boise flights run daily until mid-March and the Spokane flights until late April.
The headline additions for 2027 are four long-haul routes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Alaska will launch Seattle to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Athens in May 2027 on Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, with Paris peaking at five flights a week over the summer and Athens at three a week. Seattle to Osaka Kansai begins in mid-May, four times a week on Hawaiian's Airbus A330-200s, and Seattle to Papeete in Tahiti follows in June, three times a week on the same type. Two domestic routes complete the list: Portland to Yampa Valley Regional Airport twice a week in February and March 2027 on SkyWest E175s, and Seattle Paine Field to San Jose twice a day from mid-April 2027 on Horizon Air E175s.
