Printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer Esing Real Enterprise has announced the activation of its expanded phase two production facility in Guishan, Taoyuan. To meet growing market demand for high-speed, high-density, and high-heat-dissipation specifications, the company has introduced advanced production equipment, automated material handling, and digitized process management. The expansion targets niche PCB products including high-layer, high-precision, high-frequency, high-speed, and heavy copper boards, boosting the new facility's monthly capacity to 1.5 times its original volume.
Esing stated that it continues to shift its product portfolio toward high-value applications, focusing on markets such as artificial intelligence (AI) servers, data centers, industrial PCs, automotive electronics, and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). The company is also expanding into low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites and aerospace defense applications. The firm noted that aerospace satellite and drone products require higher standards in environmental resistance, reliability, precision, and product traceability.
Amid rising demand for key materials such as high-frequency substrates and special copper foils, as well as challenges from material price increases, tight supply, and extended lead times, Esing outlined a strategy based on diversified procurement, demand tracking, and rapid substitution. This approach aims to strengthen supply chain resilience and mitigate risks related to material shortages, delivery delays, and reliance on single suppliers.
Separately, insulation material manufacturer Ju Oak reported growing shipments of high-end backing boards and copper-clad laminate (CCL) packaging materials, driven by demand from PCB clients in Taiwan and Kunshan, China. Ju Oak noted that demand driven by AI and high-performance computing is extending into emerging sectors including drones, electric vehicles, robotics, and industrial automation. The company is advancing its new plant construction plans while adjusting production capacity to support customer stocking needs and raise the proportion of high-end product shipments.
