STARLUX Airlines inaugurated its Taipei–Bali route on October 1, 2026. Taiwan's Central News Agency reported the launch that day, identifying Bali as the carrier's second destination in Indonesia and confirming five weekly round trips.
STARLUX's official April 8 route announcement specified Airbus A321neo aircraft and five weekly flights during the initial operation. The launch follows the October 1 start date announced at that time.
The published operating days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. JX765 is scheduled to leave Taipei at 10:10 and arrive in Bali at 15:40; JX766 is scheduled from Bali at 17:20 to Taipei at 22:50. All times are local. These are scheduled times, and STARLUX advises passengers to check its latest flight information.
STARLUX's chief executive told CNA that the service also aims to attract European and North American passengers connecting through Taipei to Bali. The route therefore targets both Taiwan-origin travel and transfer traffic between those long-haul markets and Southeast Asia. Connecting demand and operating benefits remain the airline's stated objectives.
