Pilatus announced on September 24, 2026 that Safety Autoland for the PC-12 PRO had received EASA and FAA certification. The aircraft uses the Garmin G3000 PRIME integrated flight deck.

The system activates by button or on detection of pilot inactivity. It assesses weather, aircraft status, navigation information and fuel to select an airport and a route that avoids terrain.

It manages flaps, landing gear, lights, de-icing and radio calls. Pilatus says certification testing covered activation through landing, communications and engine shutdown. Approval of the system does not establish that every aircraft has been retrofitted.
