AnimaWings announced on September 30, 2026 that it had initiated judicial reorganization to protect operating continuity, stabilize cash flow and restructure its obligations under court supervision. It cited technical fleet problems together with fuel and broader operating-cost pressure.

The airline says two Airbus A320s are currently available. Its schedule will be adjusted to match that capacity, with isolated changes or cancellations possible. Affected passengers are to receive alternatives or refunds under the applicable rules.

AeroTime reports that the carrier's fleet has contracted from eight aircraft to two and that six leased A220-300s have left its operation. Judicial reorganization is not a shutdown, and AnimaWings says flights and passenger support will continue.
