BAE Systems announced on October 21, 2026, that the TRV-150 intercepted multiple one-way attack drones during a single flight at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The trial took place in late September 2026 as part of a Joint Readiness Experimentation exercise.

The TRV-150 is an armed version of Malloy Aeronautics’ T-150 heavy-lift drone. It used a three-pod launcher carrying BAE Systems’ APKWS rockets to engage several airborne targets in succession without landing or reloading. BAE Systems did not specify how many drones were intercepted or rockets fired, and did not identify the targets or explain how they were designated.
