Rolls-Royce says CorporateCare Enhanced, its business-jet engine maintenance program, will add coverage for minor foreign-object damage, parts return shipping and other costs. The additions were announced at NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas and will not increase the program’s hourly rate. Customers pay into the program according to the hours they fly, spreading the cost of covered engine maintenance over time rather than paying large bills when work is needed.

Coverage for minor foreign-object damage applies when damage does not require immediate engine or nacelle removal and can be repaired on-wing or near-wing. Major foreign-object damage remains excluded, with claims continuing to go through insurance. For eligible Pearl engine customers, the program will also cover life-limited parts when they reach their prescribed time limits. Rolls-Royce will pay return shipping costs and is developing a process with prepaid labels.
