Boeing unveiled Dataliner on October 20, 2026, in conjunction with technology firm Microsoft. Boeing describes it as an AI-powered aircraft data platform intended to give airlines and operators deeper insight into their fleets. The platform is designed to connect fragmented data into fleet-wide intelligence that supports maintenance and operational decisions.

Boeing says Dataliner will enable customers to anticipate maintenance needs, identify emerging risks and take timely action. It combines aviation data and AI with Boeing’s aircraft and engineering knowledge to provide a more complete view of a fleet than examining data for each aircraft individually.

Boeing says airlines retain control over what they share through Dataliner, and can access Boeing intelligence through applications, APIs, analytics and AI-enabled experiences. The platform uses Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft data solutions and other technologies.
