Starlux Airlines public relations chief Liang Wen-lung said the carrier expects its fleet to reach 42 aircraft by the end of 2026 and 48 by the end of 2027. It expects four aircraft to be delivered in November and December this year: one A350-1000, one A330-900 and two A321neo. A further six aircraft are expected by the end of 2027, comprising four A321neo and two A350-1000.

Liang said revenue is forecast to grow at least 40% next year, with faster deliveries, more flights and route expansion. He also described oil prices as the biggest challenge and variable for operations.
