Satellite images cited in the report show Russia has almost completed a new large base for launching jet-powered drones against Ukraine. The report also relays Reuters' account that the base was built in six weeks.
The facility is in Russia's Rostov region and appears intended for launching Geran-4 and Geran-5 drones, the report says. It reports eight platforms with launch rails on the western edge. The base covers about 0.9 square kilometres and is about 3.5 kilometres from Russia's Millerovo air base.
Analysts cited in the report believe the base could be fully operational in a few weeks or even sooner.
