TCab Tech and the Selangor Information Technology and Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) exchanged a memorandum of understanding to explore commercialization pathways for the E20 eVTOL in Malaysia and advance the development of the country’s Low Altitude Economy ecosystem. The MOU was exchanged during the opening ceremony of a showcase.
The showcase, jointly organized by SIDEC, TCab Tech and IOI City Mall, opened at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, Malaysia, on October 9, 2026. It featured the Malaysian debut of TCab Tech’s five-seat, tilt-rotor E20 eVTOL. Under the MOU, TCab Tech will contribute eVTOL research, development and manufacturing expertise. SIDEC will support engagement with relevant government agencies, the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia and industry stakeholders to advance the E20’s certification pathway and future commercialization. TCab Tech will also establish a regional business center in Malaysia.
