Thailand's Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has become the first global aviation regulator to roll out Boeing's Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Learning Library across an entire national flight training ecosystem, announced on September 1, 2026.
The initiative will give participating flight schools throughout the country access to Boeing's CBTA learning content, which is designed to strengthen pilot competencies, improve training effectiveness, and better prepare cadets for modern airline operations.
Boeing said that by aligning training with internationally recognized CBTA principles, Thai flight schools will be positioned to produce pilots with both the technical and behavioral skills required for airline careers.
