According to reporting from Simple Flying, major commercial aircraft manufacturer Airbus achieved a 9% increase in total aircraft deliveries during the month of August. Despite this monthly improvement, the company remains behind the overall delivery pace needed to meet its full-year objective of 870 aircraft for 2026.
The A321neo aircraft model topped the monthly delivery total in August, accounting for 26 deliveries made to commercial airline customers situated across markets ranging from China to the United States.
With these 26 aircraft delivered during August, the cumulative total for A321neo deliveries across the current year reached 230 aircraft.
