Spanish carrier Iberojet plans to add new destinations to its network, including scheduled flights to El Salvador (SAL). According to the aviation news outlet AeroTime, these flights will be operated from both Barcelona (BCN) and Madrid (MAD) starting in September 2026.

The airline operates a hybrid business model where scheduled and charter operations represent approximately 70 percent of its business, while the ACMI segment generates the remaining 30 percent. As of August 2026, Iberojet operates an all-Airbus fleet of seven aircraft, including two A350-900s, two A330-900neos, one A330-300, and one Airbus A320 (ICAO type code A320).
