Riyadh Air has shared photos of its first upcoming Airbus A321neo during final assembly at the planemaker's Hamburg facility in Germany.
The two pictures, posted on September 2, 2026, show the single-aisle jet with its tail painted in Riyadh Air colors, surrounded by Airbus equipment.
The aircraft will be powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines. The first A321neo is expected to be delivered before the end of the year.
Riyadh Air announced in October 2024 that it would purchase 60 A321neo aircraft. The company has also ordered Boeing 787-9s and 31 Airbus A350-1000s.
