JetZero announced on August 31, 2026, that it has secured $100 million in additional capital through a senior secured term loan facility. The financing deal was led by investment firm Pinegrove Credit Partners, backed by Brookfield and HRTG Partners, along with Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First-Citizens Bank.
The funds will be utilized to advance the development of the Z4, a blended wing body aircraft designed to carry approximately 250 passengers over range distances of 5,000 nautical miles. JetZero Chief Executive Officer Tom O'Leary stated that the loan facility will directly fund tooling and production facilities in North Carolina.
