REGENT Craft announced on August 27, 2026, that it has closed a $240 million Series B funding round consisting of equal parts equity and debt. Led by Mare Liberum and AE Ventures, the round also received support from existing investors including Founders Fund, Caffeinated Capital, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Japan Airlines, and Giant Step Capital. The debt portion was arranged by Palmer Luckey's Erebor Bank.

The new capital more than doubles REGENT Craft's total funding to date, increasing it from around $100 million to $340 million. According to the company, these funds will support upcoming milestones, including the first human flight of its 12-passenger Viceroy Seaglider, the start of manufacturing at its facility in Rhode Island, and defense projects such as the Squire unmanned seaglider.
