Delta Air Lines faces a lawsuit filed by a passenger following a five-hour flight, according to a report by Simple Flying. The legal action alleges that physical conditions during the flight resulted in severe injuries requiring surgery.
The traveler stated that he was trapped against the cabin wall for the entirety of the five-hour flight. He alleged that the physical confinement occurred because he was seated next to a plus-size seatmate.
