Textron Aviation has confirmed the appointment of Brian Rohloff as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 31, 2026.
The announcement was made on August 24, 2026, by its parent company Textron, following the retirement plans of current boss Ron Draper.
Draper is retiring after more than 27 years with Textron, including the past eight years leading Textron Aviation.
According to the company, Rohloff's previous roles at Textron Aviation include Vice President of Quality, Vice President of Sales and Senior Product Director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X.
Lisa Atherton, Textron's President and CEO, stated that Rohloff is a proven leader with a deep understanding of the business and industry, adding that he has built strong leadership and trusted relationships across multiple functions.
