Tigerair Taiwan announced an adjustment to its booking service fees effective September 1, 2026. The fee per passenger per flight segment will increase from 300 TWD to 350 TWD for off-peak flights, and from 400 TWD to 450 TWD for peak season flights.
For tickets bought on or before August 31, 2026, that are changed on or after September 1, 2026, booking fees will be recalculated under the new rates. Passengers must pay any price increase, but lower fee differences will not be refunded.
Booking service fees are collected alongside airfares for services provided through Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Taiwanese carriers including China Airlines, EVA Airways, STARLUX Airlines, and Tigerair Taiwan collect these fees based on user-pay principles.
