Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration announced that the second wave of additional flights and capacity expansion for Penghu and Kinmen routes during the Double Tenth holiday will open for booking at 9:00 AM on September 1. Regular flights and the initial wave of extra flights for offshore routes were opened on August 10.
The second wave provides 1,016 seats on Penghu routes and 2,528 seats on Kinmen routes, totaling 3,544 seats. The CAA urged passengers to complete ticket issuance according to airline deadlines to ensure their rights and facilitate capacity management.
Tickets for peak periods—from Taiwan to offshore islands between October 8 and 10, and returning from October 10 to 12—will carry restrictions limiting use to the designated date and flight, along with tiered refund fees.
