Taiwan Detects 6 PLA Aircraft and 7 Naval Vessels Near Airspace

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense reported that six Chinese military aircraft, seven naval vessels, and six official ships were detected operating around Taiwan between 6:00 a.m. on August 3 and 6:00 a.m. on August 4, 2026. The Chinese aircraft entered Taiwan's southwestern and eastern airspace. Taiwan's military deployed aircraft, naval vessels, and land-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the activities. According to AVWIRE's recorded statistics, the previous report on August 2 recorded three Chinese aircraft, eight naval vessels, and two official ships.
